■ Q. Asset Return Guide for Foreigner Members
If you are a foreigner member, check the documents below and submit them to the e-mail registered in the Bithumb account.

① Asset Return Request Form [Download attachmen]
- Print out the Asset Return Request Form and then attach the signed scanned or photgraphed copy.
② Return Address Writing Format (when returning virtual asset) [Download attachment] [Download attachmen]
- Download the Return Address Writing Format. After that, fill in the contents manually and attach the saved file.
③ Passport
④ Picture of yourself holding the passport
⑤ Take a picture of the exchange deposit address screen and passport simultaneously
⑥ Take a picture of the exchange customer information screen and passport simultaneously
- It must be the screen where at least one type of information (name, e-mail, phone number) registered in the Bithumb account.
- For the personal wallet that does not support customer information, take a photo of yourself holding the ID card and submit it on the main screen of the personal wallet.

⑦ Copy of Domestic Bank Book in Your Name (when returning the KRW asset)
- If you do not have the domestic account in your name, the KRW asset can be returned as ETH. The returned amount is transmitted in the amount covered to the closing date on a submission date.

- Original copies of corporate seal certificate and corporate registration (issued within 3 months)
- List of shareholders
② Official document where the wallet address to be returned is the address managed by the business/corporate (applicable to the personal wallet only)

- Check whether exchange is supported, deposit is reflected, and the same network is supported in the returning exchange and apply for return request.
- Virtual assets that are unlisted or for which the trade support has ended may not be returned.
- The minimum withdrawal amount and the amount below the fee may not be returned.
- Additional documents may be requested depending on the situation.
