Details of Personal Information Usage

• We thank the members for using Bithumb's services. As per Article 20-2 (Notification of the details of personal information use and provision) of the Personal Information Protection Act, we are notifying all members of Bithumb, at least once a year of the use history of their personal information.

  (1 of the following: Resident registration Card, Driver’s license, Residence Card), Resident registration number Foreigner registration number, driver's license number, Name of Workplace, Company address

  ■ Prevention of use by fraudulent members and prevention of unauthorized use

  - Automatic generation: User connection information (IP address, Date of visit, Device information, Browser, Country)
  

  - Use of additional services: Identification information (Identification information for secondary channel), Mobile phone number

  ■ Collecting Items for Asset Transfer

  - Name, Birthdate, Email address, Mobile phone number, Copy of ID card, Picture (Facial), Certified copy of residence registration, Family relation certificate, Certificate of subscription to communication service, Mobile phone bill, Certificate for Accommodation

  ※ Masking Notice: Attached picture with ID card, copy of ID card, Certified copy of residence registration, Family relation certificate’s personal information except Name and Birthdate should be masked (concealed)

  ※ Certificate of imprisonment: Separate consent in asset movement consent form

  ■ The following information may be created and collected in the process of using or processing services 

  - Records on using services, payment records, records on the suspension and termination of services, access logs, cookies, users’ IP address, records on fraudulent or abnormal uses of services, Advertisement identifier(ADID/IDFA)
  ■ The Company only collects and uses personal information selected and agreed by the Customer as below.

  A. The purpose of providing advertisements, promotions, and promotion for product services of Bithumb and its affiliates
