■ Would you like to check your transaction history?
Transaction history can be checked at Wallet management > Transaction history.
• You can set the desired viewing period.
- The period of time can be set up to 3 months.
- Please contact Customer Support at 1661-5551 if you would like to obtain your transaction history dating back more than 3 months.
• On the PC version, only the history for transactions completed can be checked.
- The history of open transactions can be checked at the bottom of each cryptocurrency's transaction page in the homepage > exchange.
Change your security password regularly to prevent hacking incidents.
Easily predictable patterns, such as a combination of four consecutive or repeating numbers, the numbers included in your password and your email address and the last four digits of your mobile number are not allowed.
Please make sure to change your temporary (security) passcode in order to log in.
